Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ritmo mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ritmo is a guided multi-step countdown timer application for mindfulness, focus, and other personal routines. The App offers both free features and a paid subscription tier (“Ritmo Pro”).

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Ritmo Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription available in Monthly and Yearly plans. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and is billed through your Apple ID.

• Monthly plan: $4.99 USD per month
• Yearly plan: $29.99 USD per year

Prices in other currencies are determined by Apple.

3.1.1 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at sign-up, billed through your Apple ID. You can cancel any time during the trial through your Apple ID subscription settings to avoid being charged.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. Ritmo does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Accounts

Some features require sign-in via Google or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Ritmo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Ritmo is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
